It seems ios 9 broke the game, now you cant hear the music or the voices. Ive messaged the developers a year ago about an update, but nothings happened.

Très bon jeu original .
Having played the original game for the Xbox 360, I can say this is a great port. The controls are responsive and the retina graphics are delicious. Did I mention the soundtrack? Its total auditory bliss. Twisted Pixel should most definitely release the OST on iTunes. My only gripe with the iOS version is that you have to buy levels when they should be there from the start since this is a paid app. I know you can buy them with in game coins, but its annoying. Please fix this. THANK YOU FOR BRINGING MS. SPLOSION MAN TO iOS!!! I love this little crazy pink atomic reaction!
Annoying humour, deeply greedy, boring gameplay. More of a wall-jumper than a platformer in any case. This genre just doesnt seem to work on an iPad.
Was made to be play on ios!! Wonderfull everything!! Best ambiance ever on ios!!
Awesome game pretty much ruined by in app purchases. Coins take to long to build up, and being almost forced to spend money to unlock levels in a game that cost 2.99 is disgusting! A fantastic port ruined by this crap.
It is impossible to play this game without in-app purchases. I hate it when developers do this, especially with a $2.99 game! Just tell me how much you want for the game.
$2.99 gets you about 6 minutes of play time (three levels) before youd have to buy coins to unlock further levels. Good job developer, youve turned a perfectly good game into garbage. Dont buy this, youll regret it.
I decided to pay the asking price for this games and not wait for its price to come down because I wanted to play it now. They want me to keep paying to unlock levels (that Ive already payed for). Come on, if you want to make a demo game, make it free. I would not have payed for a demo this short. Awesome game, sucky use of IAP. Let me play my game without HAVING to pay (or replay levels 50 times) to play. Shame on you! Im not playing this game until you remove the level purchasing. Buyer beware.
I see Ms Splosion Man on the App Store and I am like cool. I have played the original on XBLA and that was amazing. So I bought this, because what could go wrong. Plays great but the micro-transactions forcing you to pay to purchase levels past level 3 or grind on previous levels multiple times to unlock new levels is atrocious. This is a paid game not a freemium game, so this type behavior is down right juvenile and greedy.
In order to progress beyond the third level you must purchase levels using coins. Unfortunately, unless you play the first three near perfectly you will not have enough coins to proceed, forcing you to buy them with real money. Very, very greedy Microsoft!
A potentially great game is ruined by audio problems as well as in-app purchases in a paid game. The BG and VOX volume is non-existent on my iPhone 6 Plus running iOS 9.
Great game ruined by constant annoying prompts for in app purchases.
Bought into hype and instabought, but levels are walled off and require grinding previous levels.
Great game, easily one of the best platformers on iOS. Caution though, it says its 489MB but its actually 1GB. So make sure you have the space for it.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! This should be free not $3 this game is horrible...its better on XBLA
I love this game!
It looks fun but could you please make it work on ipod touch 4th gen?
I have been a fan of Twisted Pixel since their earlier game Maw. They have always been very entertaining and humorous games. I was worried about how this game would fair on IOS touch screen but the controls are well designed and easy to work. I would give this a 5 star rating except for the same issue i had with the original game. The screen can get way to busy. In the areas that you are jumping from floating car to car and glass is exploding, neon signs are going off, Ms. Splosion Man leaves a cloud around her, scientists are exploding into meat...needless to say it is easy to not be able to see where you are to time your next moves. Still a great game and there are not a lot of these moments in the game. And I will verify, like so many others have, that you can pay real money to get more levels but that doesnt mean you have to. Level grinding is always an option and the new feature they have added for level challenges earn money as well.
Even though the game costs money, you still have to pay to unlock the levels. Seriously feel like I was bait and switched.
